C1810 NEW YORK STATE HEPPLEWHITE FRENCH FOOT CHEST OF DRAWERS. The sides and the top are solid mahogany. The front is flame mahogany veneer. The brasses are not original but are period. The feet on this chest just have wonderful form. This is a very stately chest and is very functional. There are minor repairs to the veneer which can be expected. The picture does not do justice to the amount of flame in the mahogany.

Large and very useful Country Dry Sink with traces of old if not original salmon or bittersweet paint. 3 deep drawers on the left front side and a single door on the right front side. 52 1/2" wide, 20 1/2" deep and 35 1/2" high. The dry sink has a 'make-do' top that lifts on/off easily. With the lid on, it would make an excellent island for a country kitchen. Sturdy and very functional. Minor bumps and bruises for use, including a piece of molding missing from the left front side. Probably maple or chestnut and pine. Mid-late 19th Century. Clean and ready to use.
